Skills Development Camp DebriefIt might have been the hottest day of the year in Arizona but we were still able to have a very successful camp. Participants came from all over Arizona and New Mexico to learn from former Eagle and Stanford Coach, Tina Nesberg. In total there were approximately 40 women who came to the camp. Their experience level ranging from 0-10 years of playing rugby. Tina's focus for the camp was rugby fundamentals and the importance of mastering the basics in order to become a more efficient rugby player. By dissecting the elements of passing, tackling, and reading the field, the players have a better understanding of how to improve on their individual weaknesses in these core areas. Overall the camp was a big success! There was great feedback from all participants as well as spectators and coaches. Our next Skill Development Camp will cover different topics so we can continue to progress as rugby players. Big THANK YOU to everyone who came and also a very big THANK YOU to our coaches and instructor Tina NesbergIf you'd like information regarding our next skills camp please send an email to the
